CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

Shipping & Handling

Unmounted or framed Print Shipped Rolled in a usually shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.

It may take several weeks to ship Overseas, and I cannot be held responsible for postal delays.

Purchasers are responsible for duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. The price of the item or shipping does not include VAT tax.

Unmounted or framed Print usually shipped in a sturdy corrugated shipping tube.

All items over $100 will be sent with Signature Delivery. Someone will need to sign for the package at delivery.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please note that computer monitors can display colors differently and what you see on your screen might vary a bit from the print or painting you receive.

While our return policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is a positive one.

No returns or refunds on digital downloads, CD's and MP3.

Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

No returns or refunds accepted except when an item arrives damaged. In such a occurrence, you will receive a replacement of that same item after the item has been returned to us.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the Gallery.

We reserve the right to not accept a return.

Return Policy For Paintings: All sales are final.

Returns on paintings only accepted if the item is damaged and you will receive a store credit. Paintings must be returned within 3 days for a full refund, excluding shipping and insurance. Item must be protected and packaged well in its original shipping.

Please include your receipt. Insure work for the full value with "tracking."

Returns lost or damaged in return shipping will not be refunded.

The buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the Gallery. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking fee.

While our return policies for paintings are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is a positive one.

Commissioned Art

OWNERSHIP: Upon final payment for the Work, the Purchaser becomes the legal owner of the Work with all rights and privileges, with the exceptions noted below.
REPRODUCTION RIGHTS: Artist retains all copyright rights and rights to reproduce the Work in advertising.
Copyright: Artist reserves the common-law copyright to all works commissioned by Patron that are created by the Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No work may be reproduced by Collector without the prior written approval of Artist.
NOTICE: The Artist has the right to put his name and the year of completion on the Work in a permanent fashion
EXPIRATION: This contract binds the parties, their heirs and all their successors in interest, and all Purchaser's obligations are attached to the Work and go with ownership of the Work, all for the life of The Artist and Artist's surviving spouse plus 21 years.
FUTURE RESPONSIBILITY: The Artist is not responsible for changes in the paper and pencil due to climate, humidity, moisture, molds, infestation, stains, warping, shrinkage, expansion, corrosion or any other events that occurs to this work over time.
